I am using your software (and trying to convert some MKV files to a format the Final Cut Pro or After Effects can understand, such as .mov but I cannot add these files to the application, as they appear grayed out when I try to add them.

Can I conver these WITH the subtitles?
(ie. sub picture tracks)???
